The space is rustic, with vintage floorboards throughout and an earthy colour palate creating a lived-in feel. An abundance of sun light streams inside from the floor to ceiling windows, or dine with us outdoors under the trees.
The kitchen is open concept with fresh micro herbs within easy reach of the kitchen brigade, headed by Daniel McConnell, who worked at Sydney’s Quay Restaurant under the famous Peter Gilmore. The pastry cabinet near the bustling coffee area showcases the delicate work of pastry chef Tony Muscat. And front of house is smiling Simon Spence.
